Helping Women Manage Symptoms of Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts, and PMS/PMDD, Naturally

I’ve spent the last 12 years studying and working with women to help them navigate the complexities of hormonal health.

  • Do you get PMS so intense it hijacks your mood, your energy, and your motivation every single month?

  • Do you wake up tired even after 8 hours, and rely on caffeine to function?

  • Are your periods irregular, MIA, or heavier than they used to be?

  • Do you eat clean, go for walks, and still feel like your belly bloat or stubborn weight just won’t budge?

  • Do your digestive symptoms flare with stress — like bloating, constipation, or “random” food sensitivities?

  • Do you find yourself snapping at the people you love, then feeling guilty for not being more “patient”?

  • Do you wonder why your labs say you're fine, but you still don’t feel well?

  • Do you feel like you've lost your spark — like the woman you used to be is buried under burnout and responsibilities?

If you’re nodding along… you’re in the right place. As a Clinical Naturopath, helping women just like you is what I do every day.

Google Review ★★★★★

“I started seeing Sabrina for my endometriosis, which has been interfering with my daily life and causing chronic pain. One of the reasons I chose her out of all the naturopaths is because she is a naturopathic doctor and also an endo warrior, so she can relate to what I am going through on a more personal level.

What I really appreciate about Sabrina’s consultations is that she offers truly personalized care tailored to your unique biology and health. She incorporates various aspects of functional medicine, including lifestyle changes, exercises, supplements, and diet. With so much information out there on the internet and social media about functional medicine, Sabrina helps me focus on the key root causes based on my symptoms. She also guides me toward a gentle, flexible, and progressive routine that works best for me.

Thanks to her, I have been able to reduce inflammation in my body and heal my gut, which has given me more symptom-free days as I navigate endometriosis. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a clinical naturopath who truly cares and will not pressure you into doing things you are not comfortable with.”

*Note: While I am licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor in Maine USA, in Quebec I practice as a Naturopath (Naturopathe), as the “Naturopathic Doctor “ title is not a regulated medical title in this province.

Hi! I’m Sabrina Saifullah, ND

I completed a fully accredited four-year Doctor of Naturopathy program, including over 4,500 hours of training, as well as more than 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience. This training included successful completion of the North American Naturopathic Physician Licensing Examinations (NPLEX).

I am licensed in the state of Maine (License #NP874), where naturopathic medicine is a regulated healthcare profession, and remain in good standing with both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Quebec Association of Naturopathic Medicine. I also pursue ongoing continuing education to stay current with evolving research and best practices.

While naturopathy is currently unregulated in Quebec, my licensure reflects comprehensive training and a commitment to safe, ethical, and evidence-informed care.

FAQs

What exactly is a Naturopath, and how is your approach different from my family doctor?

1

My role as a Naturopath is to act as a health detective. While conventional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms (the "what"), I dive deep into the "why."

I take the time to connect the dots between your digestion, your sleep, and your stress levels; areas that are often overlooked in a standard 10-minute medical appointment. We aren’t just looking to manage a symptom; we are looking to restore the foundation of your health.

Clients often come to me when they’ve been told their "labs are normal" but they still feel far from optimal.

Is Naturopathy safe, especially since I’m already taking prescription medications?

2

Absolutely. Safety and clinical integrity are the cornerstones of my practice. One of the most important parts of our first session is a comprehensive safety review. I cross-reference every herb or nutrient I suggest against your current prescriptions to ensure there are no contraindications. My goal is to work in harmony with your existing medical team, providing natural support that complements your current healthcare.

How soon can I expect to see real changes in how I feel?

3

Because we are addressing root causes rather than applying "band-aid" fixes, transformation is a journey, not an overnight event. However, most clients report a significant shift in their well-being within the first 3 to 6 weeks.

What is the investment for our time together?

4

I believe in straightforward pricing so you can focus entirely on your health. My sessions are structured to ensure we have the time necessary to do the deep work:

  • Initial Consultation ($192): A full 60-minute deep-dive into your history, goals, and the creation of your individualized wellness plan.

  • Follow-up Sessions ($100): 30-minute focused sessions to review your progress, adjust your protocol, and ensure you’re staying on track.

Most clients find that this structured approach actually saves them hundreds of dollars in the long run by eliminating the "supplement guesswork" with a clear, professional strategy.

Insurance receipts are provided by our reception team immediately following your appointment. While coverage varies by provider and plan, these receipts include all the professional information necessary for you to submit a claim for reimbursement.
