Hi, I’m Sabrina!
I’m a Clinical Naturopath with a deep passion for the mind-body connection and how it shapes every aspect of our health. I first studied Psychology at the University of Toronto, and that curiosity eventually led me to complete my naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM)—one of the few accredited schools of its kind in North America.
As a wife, mama, and Naturopath, I love supporting women and their little ones through every stage. Whether you're navigating hormonal imbalances, postpartum recovery, or your child’s digestive or skin concerns, I take a personalized, science-backed approach grounded in nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle support.
My own journey through naturopathic medicine came with its challenges. I struggled with endometriosis and ovarian cysts—and that experience lit a fire in me. I knew that once I found my way through, I wanted to help other women do the same: to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and feel empowered in their healing.
I listen deeply—because I believe healing starts with feeling truly seen and understood. I consider not just your symptoms, but the story behind them: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
I believe in collaborative care. My role isn’t to replace your medical team, but to walk alongside it—bringing in natural, safe, and effective tools tailored to you.
I currently see patients in two locations: Centre Saulestice (Perinatal) in NDG and the Centre Intégratif de Santé in Montreal West. Virtual visits are also available if that’s more convenient for you.
If you’re looking for gentle, grounded support in this season of life, I’d love to connect. You can book your appointment by clicking the button below—let’s begin right where you are, and move forward together.
